SammyTrip2006: Mount Upton, NY

Our first stop on our Spring 2006 trip was at Michele's maternal grandparents. They live atop in Mount Upton, NY. They are wonderful people. They had 9 children and a ton of grandchildren. We spent a few days there so they and Sammy could get to know each other.

An important Note: We've received numerous inquiries about Great Grandpa Marks being shirt-less in the above photo. Questions were brought up like, "Why does he have no shirt on?" and "Does he always have no shirt on?" and "How can I look so good when I am 89?" Please rest assured, Great Grandpa Marks wears a shirt the vast majority of the time. Great Grandpa Marks had just come out of the shower and we were rushing to take him to the hospital to see Great Grandma Marks...after which we were to leave from there for Paul's parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary. As for the secrets of Great Grandpa Mark's great looks, you'll have to ask him yourself. :-)
